It's always "Africa" with its endless supply of photogenic infants in need., for the Western NGO's Democrat kleptocracy to hide behind. What of Africa's leaders, busy salting away their countries wealth in Swiss banks, European villas and luxury accessories, no doubt like Mugabe's wagon train of wives with luxury accessories. Or Rwanda's long reigning stability based on it's permanent ruler John, after security forces missiles assassinated his predecessor. Send money, the Democrat money-laundering machine needs African-Aid because the Ukraine money-laundering machine is err... temporarily indisposed.
