America vs. Iran
...Now What?
Recently, I joined The Toxic American for a discussion on the current conflict?/special military operation?/mission?/war? - or whatever it’s being called at this point between America and Iran. The 100% sunny optimistic outlook is delusional, but the counter viewpoint of total doom for all outcomes doesn’t quite hit the mark either. There are things that have happened (and not happened) militarily and geopolitically that have been surprising.
We cover:
Mixed messaging from the Administration and war in the age of social media

My 2 cents:
- Iran could sink an aircraft carrier and cause significant US casualties, but has chosen not to due to fear of the U.S. response.
- its going worse for Israel and better for Iran than is reported. Damage blackout in Israel and hyping of Iranian damage via social media is the 8th front.
- thanks for mentioning uss liberty.
- economic impact of gulf of Hormuz closing has not hit fully yet. U.S. is an oil exporter, but the rest of the world will be impacted. Fertilizer, feedstock, diesel fuel, oil, gas, etc.
